Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


EMCOR Group is looking for a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, and chat - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Hardworking and energetic personality - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent negotiation skills and adaptability - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
