Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at Atlas Arteria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Melbourne, Victoria. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system - Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve independently - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
