Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This role is entry level with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain customer records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
