Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Kindred Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field at the Associate Level.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 5. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 2. Resilient and independent personality traits to thrive in a work-from-home environment. 3. Ability to work cooperatively with others and think creatively to solve problems. 4. Experience with customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
