Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

EMCOR Group in Perth, Western Australia is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback, striving to achieve positive outcomes. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
