Tenneco, a leading automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers - Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
