Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Healius is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the overall operations of the company. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service standards - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Motivated to provide exceptional customer service - Adaptability and problem-solving skills
