Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Cisco Systems in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their customer service skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients through phone, email, and chat support. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning discussions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 7. Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions to create a positive customer experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 3. Resilient and reliable, able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 5. Experience using customer service software and tools to manage customer interactions. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
