Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Disney in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that their experience with Disney is magical. This is a part-time associate level role requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Stay up-to-date on Disney products and promotions to better assist customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment - Utilize creativity and persuasion to enhance the customer experience - Take ownership of tasks and make impactful decisions to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service is required - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and persuasion as soft skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
