Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Whirlpool in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, and we provide the necessary training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
