Customer Service Assistant

Marathon Petroleum in Perth, Western Australia is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate level. With at least 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Process customer orders and maintain accurate records - Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products - Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets - Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends - Assist with product promotions and marketing campaigns - Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Previous experience in the petroleum industry is a plus
