Job Description: Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, who are motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent planning and research skills. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges. 4. Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information. 7. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 6. Motivated and resourceful with a can-do attitude. 7.
