Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home


Job Description: First American Financial is seeking a talented Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing information about products and services to customers - Processing orders and payments accurately - Assisting customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strategic planning and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
