Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

As a Customer Service Assistant at Asbury Automotive Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a positive attitude and promote a customer-centric culture - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and update customer profiles - Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate trends to management


Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
