Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

HP is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers - Persuasive and able to effectively communicate product benefits - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling various customer situations and finding effective solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Remote work experience is a plus
