Job Description:


Expedia is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and develop their strategic planning and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with booking travel accommodations, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. 3. Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. 6.
