Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and friendly manner 3. Processing customer orders and payments accurately 4. Maintaining customer records and updating the database as needed 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Providing support to the sales team and assisting with sales inquiries 7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages 8. Assisting with general office duties as needed

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience 2. Reliable and independent work ethic 3. Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills 7. High school diploma or equivalent
