Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Dominion Resources is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Assist in training new customer service associates. 8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong planning and presentation skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
