Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Textron, a leading provider of innovative solutions for customers all over the world, is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and order processing. 3. Conduct research to answer complex customer questions and provide accurate and detailed information. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 5. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback on process improvements. 6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
