Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Associate in our Perth, Western Australia office. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to gain valuable experience in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and follow up on inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
