Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team at Aristocrat Leisure in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Act as a brand ambassador for Aristocrat Leisure by representing the company in a positive light

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong persuasion and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
