Job Description:

Ryder System is currently seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing essential support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Ryder System services and products. 2. Assist customers with booking services, resolving issues, and processing orders. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers, colleagues, and partners. 5. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively relay information and solve problems for customers. 6. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service to all customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 4. Resilient attitude and ability to handle difficult situations with grace. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. 8. Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools used in customer service.
