Job Description:
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager for our location in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the customer service team and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide excellent service to all clients - Monitor customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
