Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Manager to join our team at Kogan.com in Perth, Western Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer service team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and identify trends - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Resourceful problem-solving abilities - Experience with CRM software and customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
