Job Description:
Leucadia National is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 2. Train and supervise customer service representatives to ensure they are providing excellent service to customers. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Lead initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service operations.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creativity and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
