Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


NRG Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall customer service experience provided by our company.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, mentor, and supervise customer service team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Identify and address areas for improvement in the customer service process - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Creative and innovative mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
