Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Afterpay is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in customer service processes. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team, providing guidance and support to team members - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular training and development sessions for the customer service team - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer service


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strategic planning and cooperation skills - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Reliable and trustworthy - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
