Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Orora is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Customer Service Manager will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the customer service team and ensure they provide excellent service to all clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer service initiatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills - Prepare reports on customer service metrics and present findings to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
