As a Remote Customer Service Manager at AGCO, you will play a critical role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives, monitoring their performance, providing training and guidance, and resolving escalated customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures, conducting regular performance evaluations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
