Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Cardinal Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Manager will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives and provide ongoing training and support - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve department goals


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of successful customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a track record of building high-performing teams - Adaptable and hardworking with a customer-centric mindset - Creativity and strong people management skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
