Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Lear in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of the customer service team - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive performance and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Equal opportunity employer
