Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Optus is looking for an experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service agents to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Resilient in the face of challenges and able to maintain a positive attitude. 3. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members and other departments. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
