Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


INTL FCStone is seeking a confident and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
