Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


PayPal Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time associate level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the resilience and adaptability needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer-focused initiatives and improvements. 6. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service staff. 7. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to promote growth and development. 8. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Experience in managing a team of customer service representatives. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6.
