Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Crown Resorts is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor customer service metrics and prepare reports for management - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Excellent project management skills - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working in a remote or work from home environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
