Job Description:
Tech Data is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time, work from home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer loyalty and retention - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
