Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description: Gap is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. As a Remote Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Process customer orders and returns efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
