Calpine is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time entry-level position with a focus on providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Provide product information to customers - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Research and resolve customer issues using available resources - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service
