Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, possess strong negotiation and analysis skills, and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies - Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues - Processing orders and returns - Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
