Customer Service Officer

Job Description: Owens & Minor is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing product information and processing orders - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Conducting research to resolve customer issues effectively - Assisting in planning and implementing customer service strategies - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong planning and research skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
