Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Metcash, a leading Australian wholesale distribution and marketing company, is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism - Proven teamwork and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High attention to detail and organizational skills
