Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team at Costco in Sydney, New South Wales, AU on a part-time basis. As an Entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests - Assisting with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Collaborating with team members to achieve overall store goals - Contributing to the positive and energetic atmosphere of the store - Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Following company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make sound decisions and plan effectively - Proficiency in using technology and computer systems - Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Must have a valid work permit in Australia
