Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

James Hardie Industries is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns 6. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service 2. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and databases 6. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
