Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Qantas Airways is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and be at the Associate level.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process ticket bookings, changes, and cancellations - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qantas Airways products, services, and policies - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs - Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and cooperation soft skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
