Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and promoting our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions - Maintain customer records and confidentiality - Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service targets - Participate in training and professional development opportunities


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate leadership qualities - Proficiency in using basic computer programs and systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
