Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Seven West Media is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong planning and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
