Job Description:

MetLife is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, and looking to kickstart their career in the insurance industry. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and third parties via phone, email, and live chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience 5. Stay up-to-date on insurance products, services, and industry trends

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly 3. Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team 4. Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
