Customer Service Representative

Cummins is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of customer service experience at the associate level. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and account information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs - Experience with CRM software is a plus
