Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gap in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a part-time Associate Level employee with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in maintaining customer records and data in our CRM system - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Demonstrated innovation and planning skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
