Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Erie Insurance Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Reliable and motivated individual - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software is a plus
